When email or phone communications are made with staff please know that typically the Randall staff responds to all calls and emails within 24-36 hours Monday through Friday from around 7:00am - 5:00pm. We know that when a parent/caregiver reaches out it is of importance and that is why you can expect a return response within 24-36 hours Monday-Friday.
We want and need our staff to be able to 'Be Present' with their families after hours and on the weekends, we greatly appreciate you understanding and respecting this.
