Dear Randall Community,
As previously shared (on 10.25.23) with our community, Randall will be transitioning to Dousman as our transportation provider officially on Monday, November 13, 2023. Here are a few updates for our community.
The Randall website will be adding a Transportation Tab to the main page for the remainder of the 2023-2024 school year where information from Randall and/or Dousman will be available in addition to any other forms of communication. The Transportation Tab will be moved under parents for the 2024-2025 school year.
The contract with Dousman Transport will run through the 2025-2026 school year.

All current Randall drivers have been offered continued employment with Dousman.
Additionally, Randall will have 1-2 additional drivers on site if a driver is unavailable.
All routes will remain the same through November 27, 2023.
Any route adjustments will be communicated by Dousman to our Randall Community by November 21, 2023.
If your child(ren) has a route change, that will not take place until November 28, 2023.
Randall will remain the transportation hub, which means all buses and drivers will report to Randall.
STOPFINDER! will no longer be used for bus locations.
Our buses are also equipped with ZONAR which is the bus route locator that Dousman uses.
How to update to ZONAR will be shared with families in a separate communication.
For the 2024-2025 school year all routes will be shared with families on or before August 15, 2024.
As communicated in October, our goal was to have a solution by the middle of November to put Randall in the best position to not have double routes, students at school on time, as well as home within a reasonable time. With any transition there may be some hiccups, but Dousman has been excellent on our end with communication as well as helping us fill open routes currently.
In short, on Monday November 13 when we transition, there should be no change or impact to current routes. Again, any route changes will be communicated by November 21.
