This free program is for RESIDENT families with children that turn 3 on or after Sept. 1st, AND for children that turn 4 after Sept. 1st and aren't eligible for 4K for 26-27.
The program will run from Sept. 1, 2026 through May 25, 2027 on Tuesdays and Thursdays
