or Phone 262-537-2211 ext. 350 to leave your daily attendance, bus , or pickup requests AS SOON AS YOU KNOW.
We are getting messages from the children that they are changing pickup or bus and do not have communications from parents confirming that information! This creates a lot of chaos and extra time to get the correct information, AND this prolongs dismissal for ALL.
IF you have any change in your child’s bus or pickup timing for any day of Summer School, please contact us as quickly as you know, preferably the day/night before, or no later than 11 a.m. on a Summer School day. Attendance email and voicemail (x350) is available 24 hours a day!

Dear Randall Community (Summer School Specific),
This morning, a subcontracting crew working on the renovation project at Randall Consolidated School accidentally hit an underground gas line. Our top priority was the safety and well-being of everyone on site, and immediate measures were taken to ensure their safety. Emergency services and the gas company responded promptly to
shut off and repair the gas line.
The gas line was outside of the building and there was no leak inside of the building. We have been assured by WeEnergies, CG Schmidt, and our own team that building is safe for everyone to return.
With that being said, SUMMER SCHOOL WILL BE IN SESSION on Wednesday, July 30th.
The project team is conducting a thorough investigation to prevent such incidents in the future. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

ATTENTION SUMMER SCHOOL PARENTS DOING DROP OFF OR PICK UP:
For this summer only, we will be needing to do dropoff / pickup bus loading and unloading all in the back of the school due to construction still going on. Here are some key points to keep in mind:
* Parents of 4K students must park in the middle of the lot and walk their children in before school and again park and walk in to pick them up
* Parents of 5K-8th grades will enter the driveway to the west and proceed to get in the drop off / pick up line like usual
* We are still using the same pick up numbers from last school year. If you lost your number simply write it on a piece of paper and put it on your dashboard.
* For pick up, the buses will be parked at the very front of the circle so cars will start lining up behind them, but buses will have to be dismissed before any cars will be able to leave
* For buses to maneuver, certain parts of the lot will be coned off as no lines will have been painted on the blacktop yet
* Attached is a map showing the parking lot arrangement for the next two weeks

All students registered for Summer School now have Summer School Bus Route stops and times in your Skyward Family Access! There are only 4 color routes: RED, BLACK, GREEN, and ORANGE.
(Please only look at Summer School Bus Routes...the regular school year routes will not be completed until AFTER Summer School is finished!)

A little referendum peak into what you can't see from the road! Also, YES! There will be a parking lot that goes from the street to the back parking lot for summer school use. While construction is in full swing, everything is on track with all timelines! Which is the reason why Wednesday through Saturday there have been over 100 people working on our/you Randall Capital Project!
Randall is updating the framework for our earliest literacy learners. Randall teachers (and some of our colleagues from Lakewood) navigated their way through construction for 2-3 days of training.
Appreciate their dedication for our students and for their time!

Board Meeting Update
Randall Consolidated Board of Education Meeting that will be held this Wednesday, July 17 of 2024 will be a virtual meeting due to construction.
Randall Consolidated apologizes for this late notice, but construction on the parking lot is still in full swing and there is not a safe route in the building.

If you have moved out of district OR have just moved to our area and wish to attend Randall School (and are not in the Randall School Dist), you can apply for Open Enrollment to Randall School starting July 1st!

The June 19th Board of Education Meeting will be VIRTUAL ONLY. This is due to construction, intermittent electricity, and the safety of anyone attending (no parking lot and limited inside availability).
