Randall Retirements - Retirement #3, last one!
With the school days nearing an end, Randall wants to recognize our 3 retiring teachers this year! We will be sharing a little something about each of them this last week and a half! So if you see one of them before the end of the year make sure you say CONGRATS!
Today we would like to recognize Mrs. Tracy!

Referendum Update:
Progress update from the construction site: Currently in the rough mechanical stage, witnessing the transformation of raw materials into a solid structure. Exciting to see the building taking shape! Also, more great news - it's now officially 100% watertight! Ready to weather any storm ahead. #ConstructionMilestone #Watertight #CGSchmidt

8th Grade got to spend the day watching the Milwaukee Brewers bring home a win! The Randall days for this grade are slowly slipping into High School Days!

Someone say Golf!?!
Hello Randall families!
We are excited that we have expanded our summer school programming and are offering some new classes including a golf class this year. We are reaching out to ask if by chance you have any used youth golf clubs or youth golf bags you might be willing to donate to the school. We have plenty of adult clubs but are hoping to get some equipment for smaller golfers too. Donations can be dropped off and the junior high office.
Thanks!
Mr. Adamek and Mr. Sanchex

This past Friday our Chess Club had their final meeting and tournament - thanks to Ms. Fisher for supporting our Randall students and congrats to all the students that participated throughout the season!

Please return all Randall School Library books
no later than Thursday, May 23rd!
(please don't return them to the town library)

Ms. Kutsch's class published their first book!
Each student did an acronym poem using their first name. They also completed an illustration page to go along with their poem. They just received our final poetry collection book this last week. After each student shared their poem and illustration, the class had a little Blue Moon ice cream to celebrate. Having a book published only happens once in a blue moon!
Congrats to this group of young authors!

30 of our 6-8 band students are getting an experience of a lifetime! This morning in Nashville they recorded in Elvis’ recording studio, saw Centennial park, and later they get to explore two amazing museums and go on a ghost tour (SPOOKY!)!

Coming Fall of 2024!
As part of the overall Capital Project the Randall primary grades will be getting an updated playground and play area. Work on this area will begin once students are away for summer break. Looking forward to welcoming the community to this future space.
The picture shows part of the scope. A new fence, plantings, and blacktop updates are also part of the project.

From the Randall Art Department: Need Parent Volunteers for the Randall School Student Educational Exhibit at the Kenosha County Fair.
Dear Randall Parents/Caregivers,
Shannon and I are writing to ask for volunteers to assist and help coordinate for the student exhibits for the Randall School Booth at the Kenosha County Fair. Volunteers will work with other parent volunteers for this summer’s exhibit and hopefully continue the process for the Randall Booth annually.
Randall School has enjoyed exceptional presence on behalf of their students at the fair for many years. The process is not difficult but many hands are needed to make light work. There is an urgency to find and train volunteers to meet the timeline. Art work must be prepared by grade and in to the fair office by the second week of June.
Traditionally we have this completed before school lets out. It is helpful to have help from each grade level.
Shannon Wiswell and I can help answer questions that you may have.
Thank You,
Greg and Shannon

Teaching is a challenging and demanding profession, requiring patience, dedication, and a deep commitment to students' growth and well-being. Through their efforts, teachers make our school a place of hope and joy—and they make our community a better place
During Teacher Appreciation Week, we want to express our gratitude for the incredible efforts of our teachers. Let’s let them know how much we appreciate them! 🙌

An EMAIL was sent Friday, May 3rd to all 8th grade families about the below.
May 29th our 8th grade students will have one last celebratory moment here at Randall School at graduation. Randall is making some time changes to our evening as there is a conflict for families that have seniors at Wilmot High School that evening. We hope that this adjustment allows for families to be able to attend both Randall and Wilmot’s celebrations on May 29th. Wilmot High School has said they will move any Randall-specific awards towards the end of their ceremony.

We’re celebrating Teacher Appreciation Week at Randall this week! 🎉
We wish to express our gratitude for the incredible people who have dedicated their lives to preparing the next generation for the challenges and opportunities of the future.
In these final weeks of the school year, we invite families, students, and communities to take some time to reflect on everything our teachers have done and continue to do to support our students.
Join us in thanking our teachers for all they do!

Randall is wishing everyone a Happy May 4th!
